Who owns Rocket CM?
Rocket is owned by the three invividuals who built and maintain the application. After seeing a need in the beauty industry for a straight forward scheduling tool, we decided to build one ourselves. We spent several years working nights and weekends to release our first version and we’ve been refining it ever since. We’re proud to be self funded so we can adhere to our vision of making a great product. If you’d like to know more, drop us a line. What if I decide to stop using Rocket CM?
We’re happy to say that most of our customers stay with RocketCM once they’ve tried it. However, if you need to leave, you can cancel any time through your account dashboard.
Where do I log in to use RocketCM?
Rocket Client Management is a web-based application. You can log in any time through this website at https://app.rocketcm.com/account/login
Can my clients pay online with Rocket CM?
Coming in summer 2019, we will support POS through Performance and Professional levels of Rocket CM subscription.
When do I choose a product tier and pricing plan?
Near the end of your free 30 day trial, you’ll receive a reminder to pick a pricing plan and enter your payment info if you’d like to continue using RocketCM. As soon as you begin your free trial, the RocketCM dashboard can be used to set up your account, book appointments, change your billing information, and more.
